The BBC in civil war over Gaza: my investigation finally launches
It's based on months of work, interviews with 13 BBC journalists, and the work of two incredible data journalists. It reveals a scandal.
I’m beyond excited to announce that my investigative exposé of the BBC’s internal revolt over Israel and Palestine has finally launched.
It’s been published by the amazing Drop Site News. Check it out here:
It’s the most important thing I’ve ever written - and I hope you can see it exposes a journalistic scandal.
I had to spend a huge amount on a lawyer to legal it - £19,200 in fact! No pressure, but if you want to help out there - mostly because I want to do more of this work, but that’s not possible if I can’t afford the legal fees - anything is appreciated here.
No pressure! Here’s the invoice so you don’t think I’m a grifter.
I’d love your thoughts on this piece of work, which gave me a lot of sleepless nights.
I hope - as I’ll discuss - it encourages other journalists it come forward, too.

This is excellent work, Owen. I'm part way through cus my dyslexic arse can't read too much at once, but the BBC is a bloody mess. Could Raffi Bergs actions be in breach of Article 3e of the Genocide Convention?
Keep going Owen ✊🏼
