This man was absolutely right in his decision to ban these thugs; the UK government is despicable in trying to force him out. The Chief Constable is quite obviously the only person in this who cares about the British people.

I argued in favour of the police decision on LBC yesterday, the argument put by Tom Swarbrick was there were Violent Islamists who were tooled up against Israeli’s said violent Islamists 6 times, but never for Israeli football hooligans. For all we know they did not see the Islamists as being the main issue, where as we all know the Maccabi fans are violent,

He introduced Nick Timothy as a local MP who spoke in favour of these foreign supporters and badly about the locals and police, Swarbrick forgot to mention that The MP is the vice chair of the Conservative Party and an outspoken supporter of Israel

Unfortunately Swarbrick cut me off after I mentioned double standards, ie the total ban of Russians, he suggested Israel did not invade Palestine, so I reminded him they didn’t, they were occupiers and referenced how many Palestinians were killed in 2023 pre Oct7th, at the point I was off air

We all know why the government is gaslighting the country. They are all bought and paid for by The Friends of Israel. Labour and Conservatives alike as well as the BBC and every other mainstream media owned by billionaires.

Totally agree with your sentiments Owen.

I too have read stuff and seen Ch.4 News items about these racist genocidal thugs.

Only in this country under this Reformlite Government could we have a home secretary calling for the resignation of a Chief Constable who sought to do the right thing in banning these loathsome individuals from our shores in the interests of public safety and law and order - which I always thought was meant to be the No.1 priority of Government as well.

They have seriously and irretrievably lost the plot and are clearly not fit for office.

Reformlite government - Yes :\

As for the newish Home Secretary…

How does someone who spoke up bravely in what appeared to be an honest way at Pro-Palestine marches previously, suddenly become a Zionist. What happened there?

What pressures were brought to bear or inducements offered (apart from ‘the job’)?

Chant ' From the river to the sea' , during a peaceful protest march and you can be arrested .

Chant ' Let the IDF win, fuck the Arabs; Death to Arabs; worse 'There are no more schools in Gaza because there are no children left' at a football match' the Police Chief who decides to ban those football fan mouthing this racist verbal violence loses the confidence of our UK Sec of State at Home Office. If this isn't gaslighting I don't know what is. Perverse inversion to single out with favour one group.

The context matters. Backdrop of Genocidal assault on Palestinian Arabs in Gaza, where schools were bombed, and some 20,000 children killed, with thousands maimed, and reproductive maternity services targeted.

In UK today, known hooligan violent supporters are welcome regardless of this truth.

There was no need to use AI to search for individual examples of provocative chanting, to justify ban on public safety and security grounds. History of Maccabi Tel Aviv fans creating disorder, leading to bans elsewhere was more than enough.

Feelings of fear and anxiety are not the exclusive preserve of one group.

I know Craig Guildford, he is an honest and principaled man with a strong moral compass and an outstanding Chief Constable. He has, however, been badly let down by those in his organisation who did sloppy and badly researched work for him. As a man of honour he has paid the price by resignation. It is abundantly clear however that he has been hounded from office by a weak pro-Israeli government in league with a IDF supporting cabal of bad actors in the UK. Shame on them.
