I used to think that between the judiciary and Parliament, any crass or corrupt behaviour by the government would be kept in check. Obviously I was wrong, the judiciary is just a government lackey. Parliament of course, is mostly full of self-serving sh1ts.
The judge is a traitor to the British people. It is the current trend — to hide malicious intent, behind a facade of idiocy — but she is not confused; she is LYING.

The rule of law is what is supposed to keep us safe from autocracy and protect our freedoms. Of course the historical reality is the exact opposite. The ruling classes have always used the law to deny, or at best circumscribe, our freedoms and ensure the property of the wealthy is protected from the plebs. I used to think the judiciary was truly independent, and of course they have ruled against governments, but recently it seems that the very highest courts have become creatures of the government.
This preposterous un-historical statement about the suffragettes should result in this judge being retired as unfit to hold such an important position.
Lady Chief justice is such a forgettable person. She has probably already forgotten what nonsense she was ok about putting on the record. More fool her. The suffragettes were far worse than these brave young people and the British public far more tolerant, than they appear to be these days. I have this image of Yvette Cooper wearing a suffragettes uniform and celebrating their terrorism in our parliament. Never has a Labour government been so bereft of talent. They have reached a new low, one that some of us didn't even know existed. Well it does and it is called the swamp. They have crawled out of the swamp and we have to make sure we keep stamping on the ends of their fingers, so they slide back in. A slam dunk, it's called. We could have a very much darker version of 'It's a knockout' called It's a Cop out!
