Great news and well done Owen. Clearly a victory for common sense which, as recent issues suggest, is no longer a given at the BBC. Sigh of relief and then ask, ‘how is this man still employed by my BBC!’ 👴

Giving contents of article an open airing in Court would have exposed BBC to questions about integrity of its own journalistic output on Middle East/Israel/Palestine. So much stays under the radar , like Berg . For all that , welcome relief , right outcome.

wonderful news i have to admit to be suprised by this i thought they would take this oppertunity to financially silence you. I hope you are awarded a large amount of money to continue doing your job and what will the bbc do with this character now?
